I was greeted as soon as I got out of my car with a ‘morning and how can I help you.’ I needed an oil change and overview of ALL the things required to get through TCD Justin explained the special which would limit several return trips and excess money out of pocket. True to their word I received a call before I could even get home and was able to pick up my car and the list of to do items. The next day I returned and each item was explained including why it was needed and if TCD would even take notice and it could be done later. Although they will take your car through TCD for you Justin told me it might be better to just see what happens and then I could figure out what to do next. They are personable. The cost was great. Customer service from the door to the explanation of the itemized list felt Bermudian. I never once felt like I was being fleeced. Another oasis of excellence. Thanks to Justin, Mr. Steede, the lady who runs the joint and says their name so fast you have to be Bermudian to understand her and the guy who told me the and what and not at TCD. Well done guys another happy customer.
If you are looking for a good place to take your car to be repaired in Southampton, I would highly recommend, Bermuda Custom Mechanic, located behind Port Royal Esso. They were so helpful and made sure I had my car for the Holidays. I went to them after 2:00 pm with an alternator that was no longer charging my battery, he gave me several options, I went to town collected the part (they would have gotten the part the next day) and by 5:00 pm I got the call my car was ready for pick up and price was very reasonable .Thank you so much we are so grateful.

Took my car in for some minor body work to be done (although they’re a full service garage). Didn’t want the whole bumper to have to be resprayed ($$$) so just asked they do the best they could without a full spray. It looks good as new! They also cleaned the exterior of the car before I picked it up and offer pick up and drop off services if you let them know in advance (they’re in the industrial park in Southampton). I’ll definitely be using them again.

They got it done so quickly, which was so appreciated so close to the holidays. And the spot looks like brand new! You can’t even tell anything was ever there. Long story short: I had a crack in my fuel pump, I purchased the part from Auto Solutions and asked them to install it. Turns out the part that I purchased wasn’t an exact match to my chassis but they were still able to use a part from my old fuel pump and the new fuel pump to create the exact part I needed. I was informed throughout the day of all the updates regarding my car, they contacted me by phone call and whatsapp.
Cody Sousa is very knowledgeable, when I went to collect my vehicle, he showed me exactly what the issue was and the exact parts from the old fuel pump that he used to reassure me that I wasn’t just getting my same old fuel pump. My car feels great, thank you Cody!!
This is my 3rd time using their services and I have no complaints… they also do body work at their other location behind SAL in Southampton which I have used, and again I have no complaints!! Both locations are in Southampton and I travel from St. George’s just to use their services. They have good customer service and their staff are all very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely won’t be taking my car anywhere else!
